Yeah, I can. I have some other projects occupying my time(other art, fanfic, and exams), but send me some details about him, and when I finish those up, I'll start on that.
ok. the main thing is he looks like doctor whooves almost to a T but he has brown eyes and in his mane has twilight sparkles streaks that she has in her mane. also his cutie mark is an hourglass with stars around it. the stars look like twilights in her cutie mark (not the main one the ones surrounding it). his fur and mane color is exactly the same as the doctors.
